By using the Okta Partner Portal or any of its associated APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or abuses the service.
• Permissions are granted based on partnership type (Technology, Enterprise, Developer).

• Partners must respect the defined scopes for each API key.
• Reselling API access or sharing API keys with unauthorized parties is prohibited.
• We may apply rate limits to protect platform stability and prevent abuse.
• All API calls are logged for monitoring and security auditing.

• All modules go through a review stage before publishing to the main Okta app store.
• Requested permissions must be clearly defined and justified.
• The review team may request changes or reject a module with stated reasons.
• The partner is responsible for their module's quality, updates, and adherence to API contracts.
• Each version has its own data snapshot (display name, description, icon, permissions, pricing).

• When connecting GitHub, the service is granted permissions to manage the specified repositories only.
• Boilerplate push operations may delete existing files before uploading the new version — please review before confirming.
• The integration can be disconnected at any time from partner settings.

All rights to the Okta platform, APIs, documentation, and trademarks are reserved. The partner may not use any of these for unauthorized purposes.

The partner retains ownership of their module (code, assets, content) and grants Okta a non-exclusive license to distribute it via the app store.

Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice. Upon termination, all API keys are revoked and published modules lose access to the Okta platform.

Partner Portal services are provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect losses arising from use of the service, except as required by applicable law.
