This policy describes how the Okta Partners Platform collects, uses, and protects your personal and technical data when you submit a partnership application or use the Partner Portal and APIs.

By accessing the portal or using its services, you agree to the terms set out in this policy. If you do not agree with any provision, please discontinue use of the service.

• Account data: Full name, email address, phone number, and company name.
• Partnership data: Partner type, application history, and administrative notes.
• Module data: Module name, description, requested permissions, and published versions.
• Technical data: API keys, API call logs, IP address, and browser information.
• GitHub integration data: Repository name, branches, and boilerplate files pushed.

• Review partnership applications and grant appropriate permissions.
• Review modules before publishing them to the app store.
• Provide API services and manage access keys.
• Track API usage for technical, security, and abuse-prevention purposes.
• Contact you about releases, updates, and technical support.

We do not sell partner or developer data to any third party. Data may be shared only in the following cases:

• With GitHub when using the GitHub App integration to push boilerplates.
• With the main Okta platform (okta-web) when publishing modules for tenant visibility.
• To comply with official legal or regulatory requirements.

We apply strict security practices including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed storage of API secrets, and least-privilege access control.

Each API key's secret is shown only once upon creation — it is never stored in a retrievable form.

• Access and correct your personal data.
• Request account deletion and revocation of associated API keys.
• Disconnect GitHub integration at any time from partner settings.
